**JOUW FUNCTIE**
Als Network Coach bij BD MEDIA sta je in voor een geoliede werking van je distributienetwerk, bestaande uit zelfstandige promokoeriers in de ruime regio rond Leuven.
Jouw promokoeriers bedelen folders, deurhangers, samples en overheidscommunicatie. Door jouw sterke coachingskills doen ze dat in de beste omstandigheden en op de strafste manier: met een hoge mate van kwaliteit en binnen het vooropgestelde budget.
Tot jouw voornaamste taken behoren dus niet enkel de onboarding, retentie en coaching van je promokoeriers maar ook de kwaliteitsopvolging en rapportering Je haalt het beste in je promokoeriers naar boven door hen goed te informeren en te coachen.
Je bent beschikbaar voor vragen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Je zorgt voor een solide netwerk en een piccobello bedeling. Daarbij neem je ook zelf operationele en projectmatige initiatieven om de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening te bewaken en te versterken.
Dit doe je door te zorgen voor:
- de kwaliteit van de distributie en KPI's in jouw regio en passende maatregelen om de vooropgestelde targets te behalen,
- een uitmuntende planning en een heldere briefing van de promokoeriers
- een correcte en enthousiaste onboarding van elke nieuwe promokoerier, samen met je collega Network Support,
- het opzetten van nieuwe wervingsprojecten en de kwalitatieve invulling ervan,
- optimalisaties zodat de kwaliteit en efficiëntie in jouw distributienetwerk op rolletjes loopt,
- de nodige kwaliteitscontroles op het terrein, zowel reactief (naar aanleiding van concrete klachten) als proactief (op basis van eigen analyses), waarbij je ook zorgt voor een professionele terugkoppeling naar de interne stakeholders.
- een correcte administratieve verwerking,
- de toepassing van de beschikbaar gestelde opvolgingstools waaronder Scan2Go en Power BI,
- een goede communicatiestroom binnen je distributienetwerk en je collega's van andere betrokken afdelingen,
- de drijvende kracht achter jouw teamspirit.
Het hoofddepot van de regio bevindt zich in Genk, waar je je administratief werk kan beheren.

- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in het coachen van mensen (bijvoorbeeld in retail, horeca, evenementensector of een andere relevante business).
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en weet hier de nodige pro-activiteit aan de dag te leggen.
- Je bent contactvaardig en communicatief sterk.
- Je weet mensen te overtuigen en te motiveren.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en administratieve opvolging schrikt je niet af.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
