Als Logistics Trainee krijg je de kans om verschillende afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf te doorlopen. Op die manier leer je onze logistieke processen kennen en zet je jouw theoretische kennis om in de praktijk. Je maakt kennis met inbound, orderpicking, transit, douane, verzending, customer service en outbound.
Je krijgt al vlug een aantal verantwoordelijkheden toevertrouwd die in overeenstemming zijn met je sterktes en ambities op langere termijn. Op basis daarvan groei je op je eigen traject verder door. Interesse in Business Intelligence, Customer Care, Project Management of een leidinggevende functie in het magazijn? We stippelen samen een carrière uit die jou als gegoten zit.
Gedurende jouw Traineeship lever je ook een actieve bijdrage aan onze continuous improvement methodiek.
Profiel
Laat je niet misleiden door de naam 'trainee'. Een trainee is geen 'stagiair' maar volwaardig werknemer met véél groeikansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
Voor dit traineeship (+/- 2 jaar) zoeken wij afgestudeerde scholieren met enorm veel 'goesting' om er samen met onze teams in te vliegen.
Concreet beschik je over:
- Een Master of Bachelor diploma.
- Een flexibele ingesteldheid, zo werk je de ene week van 6-14u en de andere week van 14-22, mooi toch
- Kennis van de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Goederen en producten ontvangen
De levering controleren
- Opvolggegevens van orders registreren
Een lijst van de beschadigde producten en van defect materiaal opmaken
- Goederen naar de verzend-, opslag
- of productiezone brengen
- Voorraden opvolgen
De ontvangst van de producten controleren
- Verpakken en eenvoudige assemblages uitvoeren
Beschadigde producten opnieuw conform maken,...
- Producten volgens kenmerken, bestellingen en wijze van transport verpakken
- De werkzone reinigen en opruimen (materieel, hulpstukken,...)
- Picken volgens de instructies van de ordervoorbereiding
De pakketten, partijen,... samenstellen
- Goederen in opslagzones plaatsen
Aanbod

- Goede verloning - De salariëring is conform het arbeidsvoorwaardenreglement van Bleckmann België NV. Boven op je loon krijg je per gewerkte dag maaltijdcheques van 8 euro, een hospitalisatieverzekering en onbeperkte toegang tot onze magazijnwinkel.
- Aantrekkelijk verlofstelsel - Naast de wettelijke verlofdagen, zijn er ADV dagen (0.5 dag/maand) & extra sectorale verlofdagen.
