HR Business Partner Vaccines Manufacturing – Senior Manager level

GSK Belgium is hiring an HR Business Partner willing to make a positive impact on the Vaccines employees experience.
This key role includes:
support to a population of approximately 700 employees in the Packaging, Visual Inspection, Logistics and Warehouse departments working closely with your HR colleagues in charge of other areas of the Belgium Manufacturing site.Job Purpose:
The HRBP Vaccines (Vx) Manufacturing will partner with leadership teams and their teams to effectively execute the people plan, leveraging local context and expertise by delivering HR services in line with our HR service delivery model.
The role will report to the HR Business Partner for Vaccines Manufacturing Operations and Quality and support the Packaging, Visual Inspection and the Logistics and Warehouse departments as a trusted partner to the business to drive business change, impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive the Vaccines people agenda and deliver against priorities, holding a strong understanding of the Vaccines business You will demonstrate a true understanding of our HR model to coach and develop line managers to deliver business priorities supported by local policies and processes Develop pragmatic solutions to address complex local business issues and leveraging wider the HR Resources to support delivery Diagnose and / or deliver change projects in line with the HR agenda Utilise digital, data and analytics tools and processes to gain forward looking insights to diagnose issues and inform execution of the people strategy Coach leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management.Additional information:
Reporting line: HRBP Global Industrial Operations Belgium - HR Global Supply Chain Number of positions available: 2 People management: no Business travel requirements: limited, less than 10%Basic qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree level in Human Resources or equivalent or experience in HR related disciplines Proven HR experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment Proven HR experience in various HR functional areas i.e. organisation development, transformation / change management, employee / industrial relations, etc. Ability to negotiate and influence through communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation including with Unions representatives Ability to interact with business leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels within the business Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment Agility, adaptability, stress-resistence Fluency in French is an absolute must, both written and spoken. Good command of English written and spoken.Preferred qualifications:
Ability to act as an internal consultant through diagnosis, coaching, workshops and training facilitation, etc. HR experience in a manufacturing environment in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, industrial, aeronautical, automotive, etc. Exposure to QA/QC populations Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritise projects concurrently Provide and demonstrate change management leadership Integrity and ethics DE&I Ally.Application closing date: Friday June 14th, 2024 EOB
