Om ons team in Beerse te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een R&D scientist.
- Als R&D scientist ben je bezig met het toepassen van de nieuwste wetenschappelijke inzichten op het gebied van dissolutie testen om patiënten wereldwijd van nieuwe geneesmiddelen te voorzien.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

- Je ontwerpt, plant, volgt en begeleidt dissolutiewerkzaamheden om de best mogelijke doseringsvorm voor de patiënt te helpen ontwikkelen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de biofarmaceutische beoordelingsstrategie om in vivo blootstelling te voorspellen, aan de verbetering van bio-relevante methoden en aan de ontwikkeling van klinisch relevante QC methoden en specificaties.
- Je werkt mee aan de automatiseringsstrategie binnen het team.
- Je draagt bij tot een verder mechanistisch begrip van in vitro ontbinding.
- Je helpt bij de vooruitgang van datamodellering en -analyse.
- Je neemt deel aan technische en strategische vergaderingen met collega's, waar je het dissolution sciences team vertegenwoordigt.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven en beoordelen van technische en wetenschappelijke documenten.

Profiel
- Je beschikt over een PhD.
- Je hebt kennis van farmaceutische wetenschappen die relevant zijn voor de ontwikkeling van formuleringen van kleine moleculen, analytische chemie, compliance en GMP.
- Ervaring met dissolutietesten en de ontwikkeling van dissolutiemethoden is een plus.
- Ervaring met statistische of gegevensmodellering / DoE / MVA is een plus.
- Je bent open-minded en hebt het vermogen om samen te werken als één team in een wereldwijde omgeving.
- Je hebt goede presentatievaardigheden in wetenschappelijke bijeenkomsten.
- Je hebt een goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Engels en Nederlands.
