Supply FPA&A Manager
The Supply FP&A Manager is responsible for consolidating financial and operational inputs from various breweries, ensuring the coherence and accuracy of the consolidated results.
The FP&A Cycle Manager will also challenge and guide brewery FP&A teams to ensure they focus on the right topics and provide visibility where necessary.

The role:
Consolidation and Presentation
- Consolidate monthly/yearly budgets and financial plans from various breweries.
- Build and present comprehensive reports to senior stakeholders.
- Challenge and guide brewery FP&A teams to ensure focus on priority areas.
- Ensure data integrity and availability from various sources.
- Analyze consolidated data, highlighting key variances against budget.
- Translate variance analysis into actionable business plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company standards.
- Oversee and guide brewery FP&A teams.
- Implement processes to ensure a robust succession plan.
- Lead special finance projects as required.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operations.
- Support other team members during peak periods.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and transactions.
Who we're looking for:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Experience on Finance related to Operations, Production or Logistic fields.
- Experience in consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Experience in an ERP environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills; adheres to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Customer satisfactionoriented
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Resultsfocused with strong attention to detail.
