Vehicle Invoicing and Administration Officer

1. Introduction:
Join our team at Try & Buy Fleet Center in Vilvoorde, where you'll play a vital role in managing administrative tasks related to fleet operations and vehicle deliveries.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll ensure smooth processes and excellent service to our clients.

2. Your role:

Admin:

Providing support to front desk Process vehicle orders and registrations. Handle administrative tasks for Try & Buy and demo vehicles. Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and manage fuel cards. Monitor orders for replacement and repair authorization cards (RACs). Assist with invoicing for vehicle sales, rentals, and damages. Coordinate with insurance providers and oversee car body repairs. Manage vehicle scrapping and number plate cancellation.

3. Your experience:
Must have:

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good experience with MS office Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in fleet management or automotive industry. Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools for invoice tracking.
