YOUR TASKS
Monitoring of electromagnetic (EM) fields of legacy and 5th generation (5G) wireless networks is important for governments for risk communication and to inform the population.
Moreover, field measurements at different locations with spectrum analyser equipment and measurement probes are important for accurate field assessment and calibration of the monitoring nodes.
Important research domains in this context are:
- Modular architecture development
- Design of monitoring nodes
- Feasibility testing of hardware combinations
- Experimental assessment and measurements of EM fields
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a Master's degree (electrical engineering or a related Master of Science degree).

- Your contract will start on 1/09/2024 at the earliest.
- Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale WM1 to WM4 (if you hold a Master's degree) or salary scale PD1 to PD4 (if you hold a doctorate). Click here for more information about our salary scales.
