•A bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or comparable experience.


•Practical experience with frameworks like ISO 27k, NIS2, and others.


•Proven experience working on multiple different projects.


•Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of timely and quality deliverables.


•Experience in a global company setting, with an understanding of varied international cyber legislative requirements.


•Demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and a proactive approach to cybersecurity compliance.


•Exhibiting leadership capabilities, capable of motivating teams.


•Communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for forging and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.


•A problem-solving attitude, resilient in the face of obstacles and eager to gain knowledge from hands-on experiences.


•Proficient in organizational competencies, including effective planning, coordination, and time management.


•Insightful in the nuances of change management, committed to ongoing improvement and creative problem-solving.
