How far do you want to go?WAT GA JE DOEN?Ben jij expert op het gebied van douanewetgeving en -procedures? Dan zoeken wij jou om onze interne en externe klanten met jouw kennis te adviserenAls Customs Coördinator Compliance lever je inhoudelijk assistentie en advies op het gebied van douanezaken (en acijnzen). Je voert dossieraudits uit, onderhoud en volgt vergunningen (inclusief AEO) op en controleert op tijdige zuivering van verschillende douaneregelingen.- De operatie, sales en management adviseer je op het gebied van douanewetgeving en -procedures. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de controle op de naleving van de wettelijke bepalingen.- De Customs Coördinator Compliance heeft o.a. de volgende werkzaamheden:
- Uitvoeren van audits (inclusief alle bijbehorende interne en externe rapportages) volgens de richtlijnen van ons Benelux-management. Deze audits vinden doorgaans plaats op de desbetreffende vestigingen;
- Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen;
- Het ondersteunen van verzoeken om rectificatie, teruggaaf of bijbetaling en eventueel voorkomende bezwaar
- en beroepsprocedures;
- Het pro-actief meewerken en meedenken bij implementaties van douaneoplossingen voor nieuwe klanten;
- Projectmatige ondersteuning van douaneactiviteiten en processen;
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de Douane voor vragen die niet door de operationele douane-medewerkers kunnen worden beantwoord;
- Helpen ontwikkelen en geven van douanetrainingen;
- Opstellen en onderhouden van procedures mbt Douane en Accijnzen.
WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN?Je maakt deel uit van het Customs team van CEVA Logistics en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Customs Compliance Manager. Je standplaats is in Antwerpen.- Daarnaast ben je flexibel en mobiel tussen verschillende vestigingen binnen CEVA Logistics en onze klanten.- WAT BRENG JE MEE?Voor de functie Customs Coördinator Compliance zoeken wij een collega die ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke rol. Je bent vasthoudend en werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en systematisch. Je wilt jezelf altijd ontwikkelen en volgt daarvoor seminars en opleidingen.- Natuurlijk ben je flexibel, pro-actief en heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Daarnaast breng je de volgende kennis en ervaring mee:
- (Beroeps)opleidingen inzake Douane met succes afgerond (bv. traject via Portilog of UA);
- Aantoonbare, relevante ervaring met Compliance is een absolute must. (Indien niet of onvoldoende aanwezig, heeft solliciteren geen zin);
- Kennis van Douaneaangifte software (Streamliner);
- Relevante ervaring met het aanvragen van douanevergunningen;
- Relevante ervaring met AEO procedures;
- Ruime ervaring met het auditeren van douanezaken en het rapporteren hiervan;
- Doorgedreven ervaring met het behandelingen van douanezaken en met het onderhouden van contacten met de Douane;
- Kennis van de nederlandse, franse en engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Kennis van bonded warehousing.
