**Functie-eisen**
- Beheren van de verkoop van A tot Z van winkelproducten
- Klanten begeleiden bij hun aankopen, adviseren en oplossingen vinden
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken
- Telefonisch contact met klanten onderhouden
- De bestelling van de klant van begin tot eind opvolgen
- Samenwerken met de klantenservice om de klant beter van dienst te zijn
- Beheren van facturering, krediet en retourzendingen
- Nieuwe klanten benaderen en prospecteren
