**Data & Purchase Associate**
We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Data & Purchase collega om ervoor te zorgen dat Data in SAP en Complaints in OneSupport naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en voldoen aan de normen van het Quality Management System (QMS). De primaire focus van deze functie is het uitvoeren van nauwgezette controles en aanpassingen om de nauwkeurigheid en integriteit van gegevens te garanderen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren, onderhouden en corrigeren/opschonen van equipment master data om efficiënte bedrijfsprocessen te ondersteunen. Je bent ook het eerste ondersteuningsniveau door oplossingen voor te stellen voor het prijsteam en de inkoopafdeling.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden:
- Beoordelen en vergelijken van gegevens tussen SAP en Complaints in OneSupport om consistentie en naleving van compliance
- en QMS-vereisten te waarborgen
- Discrepanties of inconsistenties in gegevens snel en effectief identificeren en oplossen
- Corrigerende maatregelen implementeren om gegevens nauwkeurig op elkaar af te stemmen en toekomstige discrepanties te voorkomen
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het aanmaken, onderhouden en corrigeren/opschonen van stamgegevens van apparatuur in SAP
- Ervoor zorgen dat de apparatuurgegevens up-to-date en accuraat zijn en afgestemd op de bedrijfsvereisten
- Samenwerken met relevante belanghebbenden om apparatuurinformatie te verzamelen en te valideren
- Gedetailleerde documentatie bijhouden van alle gegevensgerelateerde activiteiten, audits en genomen corrigerende maatregelen
- Ondersteuning bieden op het eerste niveau voor het prijsstellings
- en inkoopteam
**Je hebt**:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een SAP-omgeving van mínimaal 2 jaar met de modules Materiaalbeheer (MM) en/of Verkoopdistributie (SD)
- Ervaring met een service backoffice omgeving, idealiter in een Med Tech industrie
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans & Engels. Kennis van het Duitse is een plus
- Geavanceerde kantoorvaardigheden en bent gestructureerd en veerkrachtig
- Een analytische instelling met uitzonderlijke aandacht voor detail
