Wil je een team aansturen van enthousiaste project controllers? Zorg je graag voor financiële projectbeheersing, facturatie en rapportering?
- Als Team Lead Project Controlling ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en accurate financiële projectbeheersing voor Cegeka Vlaanderen
- Je stuurt een team aan van enthousiaste project controllers, actief in België en Roemenië, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en motiveren om de competenties, vaardigheden en knowhow optimaal te benutten / ontwikkelen en het beste in de medewerkers naar boven te halen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coaching-, evaluatie -en functioneringsgesprekken
- Je bewaakt de naleving van interne procedures en richtlijnen
- Je bepaalt concrete acties die nodig zijn om interne processen te optimaliseren
- Je rapporteert aan de Finance Director van Cegeka Vlaanderen. Verder zal er nauw contact zijn met de verschillende Business Controllers
- Je zorgt voor verbinding tussen Project Controlling en de business.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- Je hebt een sterke economische of financiële achtergrond (TEW, Handelswetenschappen,)
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van een team. Ervaring met een financial shared services omgeving is een troef
- Je hebt ervaring in het brengen van structuur en het optimaliseren van administratieve & bedrijfsprocessen in samenwerking van de business
- Kennis van ERP-systemen en rapportering tools is een must
- Ervaring binnen de IT sector is een plus
- Je bent proactief en hebt sterke analytische skills
- Accuraatheid en flexibiliteit zitten in je DNA
- Je kan zowel op operationeel als strategisch niveau uitstekend communiceren
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en can-do attitude
- Je bent energiek, gedreven en weet de nodige empathie aan boord te leggen
- Je vaste werkplek is op de Corda Campus (Hasselt) in combinatie met hybride werken
- Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van Engels.
