About the job
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will support our QSE manager in maintaining ISO certification. You are responsible for setting up, monitoring and improving activities and procedures around quality.
Tasks:
- Collaborate on the quality plan in accordance with the corporate strategy. This is based on audit reports, management reviews and internal signals;
- You are responsible for the further development of the quality system according to the international quality standards ISO9001 (through support, consultation, internal audits);
- You are jointly responsible for the further development of integral quality management and quality assurance (providing advice and stimulating improvement actions);
- You are the internal point of contact for quality assurance;
- You draw up reports on performance (based on KPIs), you are responsible for keeping procedures and work instructions up to date;
- You are responsible for managing, motivating and assessing the quality employees. You also provide training on standards and quality;
- You develop various improvement projects within the organization.

Are you the perfect fit?
- You already have several years of experience in a similar role
- You have a bachelor or master degree
- You have strong communication skills, you are precise and work in a structured way. You are quality and customer oriented
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French
- You have knowledge of the IS09001 standards and you have knowledge of QMS and audits
