Introductie
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our reputable logistics company.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.

  • Fluency in French and English, with basic knowledge of Dutch.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the major actors in the European Union logistics market.
  • Strong customer focus and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and selfmotivation.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas for business development.
  • Experience in staff recruitment and team leadership is an advantage.

  • Utilize your fluency in French, English, and basic knowledge of Dutch to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Possess a degree in Sales, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales principles and strategies.
  • Leverage your experience in logistics and knowledge of the major actors in the European Union to identify potential business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a customercentric approach, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Drive sales results by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm, motivating both yourself and the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excel as a communicator, effectively conveying the value of our services to prospective clients and building strong rapport.
  • Bring innovative ideas for staff recruitment and lead generation to contribute to the growth of the sales department.
