As Digital Commerce Activation Manager for the Benelux region, you will have a key role in shaping our digital presence and building strategic partnerships with important customers. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Head Benelux, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Shelf Manager Benelux to implement unique marketing strategies that align with our purpose and goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the digital commerce activation roadmap for the Benelux cluster, focusing on market maturity and key priorities.
- Collaborate with various teams to reinforce Haleon's position as a significant strategic partner for digital commerce cooperation.
- Implement initiatives that effectively connect brands, customers, and Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies.
- Work closely with the Digital Shelf Manager Benelux to ensure coordination and synergy in daily operations.
- Drive our sales strategies by using digital channels to achieve maximum impact and audience reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in digital commerce activation, ideally within the consumer health or FMCG industry.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to solving problems.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch (additional languages are a bonus).
