In onze productieafdelingen worden grondstoffen omgevormd tot afgevulde medicijnen. Het product doorloopt hierbij algemeen verschillende productiestappen (wegen, formulatie, preparatie, vriesdrogen, vullen, cappen, inspectie, opslag en transport). Bij alle stappen streeft productie naar de hoogste graad van operationele uitmuntendheid. Verder in het productieproces zal het medicijn nog van een label voorzien en verpakt worden om vervolgens via de distributieketen tot bij onze patiënt te geraken.
In de afdeling freeze & ship worden vaccins ingevroren, bewaard en nadien verder ingepakt voor verzending naar de klanten.

Functieomschrijving
Na een opleidingsperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zelfstandige, tijdige, veilige en correcte uitvoering van alle fysische en administratieve warehouse taken deze verbonden zijn aan het transport, invriezen en shippen van het covid-19 vaccin.
Alle activiteiten worden uitgevoerd in lijn met de geldende voorschriften en procedures met betrekking op GMP, kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
Orde, netheid en veiligheid borgen behoren ook tot de verantwoordelijkheden.
Takenpakket- Laden en ontladen van de vriezers en mobiele gekoelde karren.- Documenteren van bewegingen in IPL (in store freezer => uit store freezer => naar shipping lijn)- Opvolgen van tijdrestricties verbonden aan het invriezen, stockeren en transporteren- Documenteren van de activiteiten in de computersystemen (b.v. IPL en EBR)- Aan en afvoer van de shipping line tijdig voorzien- Bediening van alle mechanische en elektrische toestellen bij het uitvoeren van de job- Alle materiaalbeweging mee verzorgen- De-icing vriezers (ontdooien en reinigen)- Reorganisatie inhoud vriezers- Procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden strikt nageleefd en er geldt een meldingsplicht bij onregelmatigheden op vlak van kwaliteit, beschadigingen of veiligheid
Functieprofiel- Opleiding: A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring- 1 jaar magazijnervaring bij voorkeur- In het bezit van een geldig vorklift brevet is een pluspunt- Basiskennis geldende GMP's- Talenkennis: goede kennis Nederlands- Herkennen enmelden van kwaliteits

Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
