SPARK Roll-out Manager
The Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division is currently looking for a
Roll-out Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to drive and coordinate the roll-out and implementation of the SPARK solution worldwide. In this role, you will report to the SPARK Program Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities
-
Project Management: Develop and track a comprehensive roll-out plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure a smooth and structured implementation process. This includes pre-golive, golive and hypercare activities up uptil the handover to the steady state organisation.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns with the full team.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a cross-functional implementation team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the roll-out process and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes. Ensure proper documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Experience & educational requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management, defining, organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation.
  • Able to analyze and solve issues with a solutionoriented approach
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals and milestones
  • Solid leadership and communication skills
  • Good command of English is a must
  • Bachelor or university degree
