Business Process Expert Supply Chain

Those are designed and implemented by passionate people who continually strive for new best ways._In this context, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Inventory. Your mission is to play a key role to (re)define the rental purchase to pay, inventory management and invest to divest processes and implement them in SAP & Salesforce which shall lead to improvements in operational excellence, support business growth and ensure a topnotch customer experience.
You will become part of the SPARK project team and report to the Business Process Manager Operations.

This means you will:

  • Be the handson expert for:
  • purchase to pay (experience with intercompany acquirements is a plus)
  • Inventory management
  • Warehouse operations
  • Invest to divest (fleet management) process
  • Perform business process deep dives with the Business Key Users with the objective to identify "what is changing" (fit/gap) and carry out change impact analysis together the Business Process Manager/Change Manager
  • Define the future way of working. You will form the supply chain process to be.
  • Provide expert advice and make recommendations for changes in the organization and/or people roles, business processes and workflow
  • Validate the Country specific changes as requested/ identified from "fit/gap" exercise
  • Participate and take responsibility in the different phases of the next gen ERP project (Preparation, fitment, realization, hypercare, harvesting and long term)
  • Specify business requirements and review resulting specifications in collaboration with the technical partner
  • Lead the activities required to secure a successful implementation of the future state processes in their area of expertise (configuration, solution testing, training)
  • Align all your activities & solutions closely with the finance team to ensure excellent endtoend processes, seen the close link between operations and finance in these areas.

What we expect of you?:

  • Operational experience with the purchase to pay and invest to divest process.
  • Operational experience within logistics, in inventory management and/or supply chain are an advantage.
  • Have knowledge of Atlas Copco company structure
  • Knowledge of supply and trade conditions, warehousing systems and transport systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English. More languages are a plus.
  • You are computer literate.
  • Project experience and/or Agile ways of working will be a plus.
  • 35 years relevant experience.
