L'équipe d'achats « Works » est responsable de la stratégie d'achats et du sourcing des projets d'entreprise, ainsi que de la gestion des fournisseurs et de la gestion active des contrats pour les activités concernées, et ce, tant pour Elia en Belgique que pour 50Hertz en Allemagne. Ces projets comprennent principalement des travaux électriques et de génie civil dans des postes à haute tension, des travaux sur des lignes à haute tension et la réalisation de liaisons câblées souterraines.

Afin de répondre aujourd'hui et demain aux défis toujours plus importants, nous cherchons un(e) acheteur(-euse) capable de convaincre grâce à sa maturité, sa vision et son approche des choses. Cette personne fait également preuve d'esprit critique, d'autonomie et d'ambition. Étant donné que nous accordons énormément d'importance au « match » au sein de l'équipe « Works », cet aspect sera également un facteur crucial.

**Dans votre rôle d'acheteur(-euse)**:
Vous gérez les dossiers d'achats de manière autonome, mais en étroite collaboration avec le client interne, de la demande de prix à l'attribution et vous avez donc une responsabilité importante dans l'exécution de notre portefeuille d'investissement. Cela peut concerner un contrat-cadre ou un besoin spécifique dans le cadre d'un projet.

Vous démontrez votre valeur ajoutée sur le plan tactique et stratégique en mettant au point et en implémentant une stratégie d'achats pour les projets, conformément à la politique existante en matière d'achats.

Vous contribuez à l'élaboration et à l'adaptation de la stratégie produit ainsi que de l'analyse de marché. Pour ce faire, vous investissez dans une compréhension approfondie des besoins, des dynamiques de marché actuelles et des opportunités, en plus de vos connaissances techniques, et vous partagez votre vision avec les collègues de 50Hertz.

Vous contribuez à la gestion des fournisseurs et au maintien de relations positives à long terme avec d'importants contractants. Si nécessaire, vous encadrez des trajets d'amélioration et vous cherchez des opportunités sur le marché.

Pour des projets essentiels, nous attendons de vous que vous soyez impliqué(e) dans la phase préalable à la demande de prix et/ou que vous coordonniez tous les besoins en termes d'achats.

Vous dirigez plusieurs équipes multifonctionnelles ou groupes de travail dans votre domaine, destinés à créer de l'impact ainsi qu'à étudier des améliorations et des opportunités.

En fonction de votre profil et de vos domaines d'intérêt, vous avez également la possibilité de combiner votre tâche principale avec celles de Contract Manager pour d'importants projets d'investissement. Plus concrètement, vous êtes responsable du suivi (pro)actif des SLA, des coûts, des conflits éventuels et, au besoin, des actions correctives dans le cadre du projet concerné. Pour ce faire, nous comptons sur une certaine présence (efficace) sur le terrain et une participation aux réunions de (suivi des) projet(s).
Votre profil

Vous disposez d'un master, de préférence dans un domaine technico-commercial, ou d'un bagage clairement orienté vers la technique et l'économie.

Vous avez de préférence au moins 5 années d'expérience pertinente en achats/gestion de contrats.

Vous êtes bilingue (français/néerlandais) et vous maîtrisez suffisamment l'anglais.

Vous faites preuve d'autonomie mais attachez une grande importance au travail d'équipe.

Vous communiquez de manière efficace, assertive et diplomatique avec les autres et êtes capable de créer de l'adhésion.

Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes orienté(e) résultats.

Vous avez soif d'apprendre, montrez un intérêt particulier pour les aspects techniques et pouvez proposer des optimisations ou remettre en question certaines choses.

Vous avez de l'expérience avec les contrats commerciaux et leur exécution.

Vous êtes un(e) négociateur(-trice) assertif(-ve) et expérimenté(e) et vous comprenez l'importance des éléments pouvant influencer cette réussite.

Vous êtes capable de trouver des manières innovantes et originales pouvant contribuer à relever les défis auxquels nous sommes confrontés.

MS Office n'a aucun secret pour vous. De l'expérience en MS Project et SAP est un atout.
