- Je zorgt ervoor dat het doel bereikt wordt en dat de procedures worden gevolgd betreffende: Veiligheid; Kassa management; Administratie management; Gezondheid en veiligheid;
- Verkoop: Commerciële informatie en productkennis gebruiken om de verkoop en andere activiteiten in de winkel te stimuleren met behulp van de geleverde interne tools.;
- Schema's: je stelt de ideale schema's op en zorgt ervoor dat de juist mensen op de juiste plaats staan op het juiste ogenblik;
- Je hebt duidelijke en efficiënte communicatie met het hoofdkantoor, HR Manager en/of Commerciële director en met de winkel in het algemeen betreffende relevante follow-ups;
- Het geven en ontvangen van constructieve en eerlijke feedback en kritiek voor/van mensen, je gebruikt deze informatie voor het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van je team;

Als afdeling Manager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de afdeling waarbij je jouw productkennis en organisatorisch talent gebruikt om de commerciële doelstellingen te behalen. Je motiveert en begeleidt jouw team en neemt beslissingen i.v.m. het product om een maximale rendabiliteit te bereiken.
