**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Control Non-Life zorgt voor de link tussen CFO en de business line Niet-Leven verzekeringen.
Enerzijds omvat dat de controle van de financiële data en resultaten met toelichting op de varianties en de trends. Anderzijds verzorgt het team de coördinatie van het meerjarenbudget met bijzondere aandacht voor de cohesie tussen de verschillende componenten.
Het team zorgt voor rapporten, analyses en inzichten. Deze worden vastgelegd in presentaties voor het management van Broker Non-Life Insurance en de CFO. Zo ondersteunen we het managementteam bij het opvolgen van de resultaten.
Om hen te helpen die data en inzichten te 'shapen' zoekt Control Non-Life een nieuwe collega.
- Je puzzelt graag met data en kan die in duidelijke analyses en inzichten gieten.
- Je hebt oog voor verbeterpunten in systemen en processen en houdt ervan om daar oplossingen voor te zoeken. Daarbij aarzel je niet om zelf de weg te zoeken en verder te bouwen op de expertise van de betrokken partijen.
- Een financiële afsluiting maken, de financiële planning organiseren en resultaten analyseren daar draai jij je hand niet voor om.
- Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat zowel de revisoren als de NBB de nodige informatie krijgen.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Data en analyses bouw je met plezier op vanuit een multidimensionale database. Details? Die zoek je in de brontabellen.
- Je kijkt er naar uit om je inzichten te delen.
- Overzicht, structuur en oog voor detail keert terug in alles wat je doet.
- Microsoft Office ken je vanbinnen en vanbuiten.
- Heb je bovendien de skills om ook met SAS, R, Hyperion Essbase, Power BI of VBA te werken? Perfect. Weet je bovendien nog iets IFRS17 en/of Solvency 2? Dan zijn we helemaal geïnteresseerd.
- In het Nederlands en het Frans vind je altijd de goede woorden. Van het Engels heb je (minstens) een basiskennis.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma en je hebt je minstens 5 jaar verdiept in de financiële sector, auditing of consulting.
- Weet je ook nog hoe een verzekeringsboekhouding in elkaar steekt? Dat is helemaal top.
