Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Plan necessary resources for project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as required
  • Measure project performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage communications with external partners
  • Adhere to best practices, procedures, and standards
  • Higher education degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in one or more project management methodologies such as Prince2, PM-Bok, Scrum
  • Strong problemsolving and leadership skills
  • Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Conflict resolution experience

Plus:

  • Project management experience in a mixed Mainframe/distributed environment
  • Certification in a project management methodology
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
