We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic trainee to join our team in Brussels for a 6-month traineeship based on a C.I.P.
Position
You will assist the People Team on daily admin tasks.
- Support People Admin on onboarding and offboarding process
- Collaborate with the People Partners on specific HR projects.
- Manage the HR inbox and provide general support with People queries
Requirements:
- A bachelor/Master degree HR, psychology in or a related field;
- A passion for, and knowledge of, HR policy processes and policies, knowledge of French and/or brussels labour laws and practices is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native in French
- The desire to develop in depth understanding of international landscape
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office;
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- A proactive and flexible attitude;
- A C.I.P. contract (convention d'immersion professionnelle);
- The ability to prioritize, organise, and work autonomously under pressure.
