- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Als teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de operatie door het behalen van KPI's en het coachen van magazijnmedewerkers;
- Je coacht magazijnmedewerkers bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het magazijn en zorgt ervoor dat zij de gestelde doelstelling op het gebied van productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit behaald wordt;
- Je stuurt de operatie aan in het behalen van de lange termijn plannen en bent de eindverantwoordelijke naar je team van magazijnmedewerkers. Door middel van duidelijke doelstellingen, dagelijks overleg, evaluaties, opleidingen, arbeidsongevallenanalyses, ziekteverzuimgesprekken, etc. Om tot een optimale bedrijfsvoering te komen overleg je met de afdeling planning, andere team coaches, operations managers en diverse interne ondersteunende diensten.
- Ook zie je toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsregels door het uitvoeren van regelmatige veiligheidsrondes, het uitvoeren van analyses van arbeidsongevallen en het coachen in veiligheidsthema's;
- Je werkt samen met het Continuous Improvement team om te zorgen dat de werkprocessen continue verbeteren;
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Aantoonbare warehousing werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Aansturen van andere teamleiders is een pre;
- Kennis van Warehouse Management Systemen is welkom;
- Je bent bekend met het MS Office pakket;
- Je kan je goed aanpassen in verschillende situaties;
- Je weet hoe je teamleden moet aansturen en motiveren;
- Vereist om de Engelse taal te beheersen, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
