We work closely together with Consumers International to ensure consumers are safe, that markets are fair and benefit from honest relations with businesses and authorities.
Your role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our digital strategy, ensuring excellence in digital execution and driving product improvement.
You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and spearhead projects that will position Euroconsumers at the forefront of our industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Together with product line managers, you define the digital product improvement and innovation strategy to realize the digital transformation of our unique selling proposition (USP).
- You work with our Head of Digital Channels to support our digital sales approach with excellent digital products.
- You lead the product improvement and innovation process for digital products and services across countries and product lines, working closely with local teams, product line managers, and the commercial and IT departments.
- You design and optimize processes in a digital environment, ensuring excellence and efficiency.
- You align new products and services with company values and USP, emphasizing consumercentricity and simplicity. You ensure compatibility with a younger and broader audience.
- You ensure crossfunctionality across different product lines (Consumer, Health, Legal, and Financial) and scalability in all operating countries (Belgium, Italy, Portugal, and Spain).
- You manage endtoend digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Marketing Management or Business Management.
- Proven experience in digital strategy development and implementation, preferably in the services sector or FMCG with an international business environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives, that enables you to work in a transversal environment.
- Indepth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends (young age targets in particular, millennials) in the digital landscape.
- You are familiar with innovation methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong relational skills.
