We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional, with solid experience in recruitment and business development, as well as a proven ability to lead a sourcing team with kindness.
The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of balancing the commercial and human aspects of recruitment, while representing the company with dignity to clients and candidates. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a passion for the IT field are essential assets.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand clients' needs regarding IT recruitment. Utilize advanced search tools to find matching profiles in databases and specialized platforms. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assess their technical skills and cultural fit. Supervise and support a team of sourcers, ensuring careful follow-up and fostering their professional development. Manage the entire recruitment process, from preselection to offer negotiation. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.Profile:
Proven experience in IT recruitment, with particular expertise in sourcing and talent selection. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service. Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage. Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.What We Offer:
