You will be part of the Clienteling and Communication Team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office.

You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network.

You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

  • Support the Clienteling & Communication Team of Benelux and Nordics.
  • Assist in the organization of Clienteling actions: Events and client experiences coordination.
  • Database Management and Administrative tasks: Reporting, extractions of targeted client lists, management of ICONs.
  • Act as a LV ambassador for the store, accompanying the clients and representing the brand in public/store events
  • Partner with Managers to build events and animations according to each store priorities and local opportunities to develop local clients.
  • Plan and execute events in line with Louis Vuitton's marketing strategy and standards.
  • Be responsible for the operational organisation of in store and external events in order to support business priorities and contribute to retain and reward existing clients, as well as recruit new clients.
  • Collaborate with Store Teams to select clients and coordinate hospitality programs for international/regional events to create exceptional experiences.
  • Analyse all events and client experiences results according to the relevant KPIs. Compile feedback reports and provide analysis.
  • Support in managing allocated budget.
  • Public Relations and Communication support: Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaigns, monitoring of Media agencies' activity.

CLIENTELING & COMMUNICATION INTERN

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Clienteling & Communication Team of Benelux and Nordics.
  • Assist in the organization of Clienteling actions: Events and client experiences coordination.
  • Database Management and Administrative tasks: Reporting, extractions of targeted client lists, management of ICONs.
  • Public Relations and Communication support: Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaigns, monitoring of Media agencies' activity.
  • Support in monitoring all Clienteling KPIs and drive actions when required
  • Work with stores to optimise and improve ICON usage, support managers in embedding it within the teams
  • Analyse the client's base and provide internal departments and stores with insights, performance reports in order to better understand dynamics and measure return on investments.
  • Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison's priorities in collaboration with the other departments (Merchandising, Retail, Events...)
  • Assist in implementing adequate contact strategy to reengage with clients depending on their profiles/segments
  • Support stores with their clienteling needs
  • Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities
  • Share KPI reports with relevant departments and stores
  • Analyze clientele dynamics and identify opportunity for development

PROFIL

  • Bachelor or master's internship. Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement.
  • Strong command of English, knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage (French or Nordics languages).
  • Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills; ownership

  • IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint are a must
  • Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
