Notre client, acteur clé dans le paysage énergétique belge et européen, fait face aux évolutions du secteur (intégration des énergies renouvelables, production décentralisée, digitalisation) et ambitionne d'utiliser les données comme un levier principal pour le processus décisionnel. Ce projet vise à clarifier les rôles et responsabilités autour de la gestion des données, améliorer la livraison des initiatives liées aux données, et instaurer une gouvernance adéquate.
Tâches et responsabilités:
Gérer le programme d'adéquation des données, incluant la définition de la vision, la gestion du scope, du budget, et du calendrier.
Établir et maintenir la gouvernance du programme.
Organiser et suivre les pilotes pour tester et affiner l'approche avant un déploiement à l'échelle de l'organisation.
Préparer la transition vers des produits de données pilotés par les métiers, en collaboration avec les équipes business et IT.
Planifier et mettre en œuvre des formations et du coaching pour faciliter cette transition.
Servir de point de contact principal pour l'implémentation du programme de données.
Expérience significative dans la gestion de données, la gouvernance, l'architecture, et idéalement, les principes de data mesh.
Expérience avérée en tant que gestionnaire de programme, avec une forte expérience dans la gestion de programmes liés aux données.
Connaissance du secteur énergétique est un atout.
Compétences en communication solides, capable de travailler avec des profils techniques et de gestion.
Analytique, flexible, avec d'excellentes compétences en planification et organisation.
Diplôme de master, de préférence en ingénierie ou en informatique.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et d'une langue nationale.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
