De fusie van Cozie en Senec vraagt om een ondernemende **Head of Finance**.
Om slimme kasbeheer
- en groeibeslissingen te nemen, begint het allemaal met een degelijke boekhouding. Dit geeft kwaliteitsgegevens over kosten en uitgaven, en biedt ook beter inzicht in de omzet. Een goede boekhouding zorgt er voor dat de fiscale en wettelijke vereisten nageleefd worden. Dit alles is mogelijk met een goede Head of Finance. En daar komt u in beeld
**UW UITDAGING als Head of Finance**
- Deelnemen aan de uitwerking van de visie, missie en strategie van de entiteit, de definitie en opvolging van KPI's (financiële en niet-financiële) in samenwerking met de operationele entiteiten
- Investeringsbeslissingen op alle niveaus van de organisatie sturen om efficiënte risico-/opbrengstverhoudingen en resourceallocatie te waarborgen
- De operationele teams uitdagen, opties voorstellen en financiële en economische oplossingen bieden
- Het voortouw nemen bij het opstellen van de jaarlijkse financiële overzichten, waarbij de volledigheid, nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de financiële rekeningen in zowel BGAAP als IFRS worden gegarandeerd
- Het PAMT en budget van de entiteit uitwerken, coördineren en opvolgen
- De maandelijkse/kwartaalafsluitingen leiden en analyses verstrekken van de daadwerkelijke operationele prestaties ten opzichte van doelen en voorgaande periodes
- De auditors begeleiden tijdens jaarlijkse financiële audit
- Het opvolgen en voorspellen van de kasstroom waarborgen
- In samenwerking met de CFO van Retail België financiële voorstellen ontwikkelen om de nodige fondsenwerving te realiseren
- De (financiële) integratie van de verschillende entiteiten van Cozie en Senec leiden tot één verwarmingskampioen, door het creëren van één samengevoegd, transversaal financieel team
- Het leiden en coachen van de boekhoud
- en controllingteams
**UW PROFIEL**
- Universitair diploma en mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring in verchillende financiële functies binnen grote multidisciplinaire organisaties
- Bewezen ervaring in financieel management, operaties en team beheer
- Een business partner in staat financiële oplossingen te ontwikkelen afgestemd op marktbehoeften
- Betrouwbaar, vlot in communicatie op verchillende niveau's
- Grondige kennis van de financiële regels en voorschriften binnen de groep
- Sterk analytische vaardigheden en oog voor details
- Flexibel en bereid om zich regelmatig te verplaatsen naar de verschillende vestigingen in België
- Vloeiend in het Engels, Frans en/of Nederlands
- Als Head of Finance rapporteer je aan de CEO van Cozie/Senec en aan de CFO van Engie Retail België
