Nous proposons une gamme de solutions RH puissantes, aidant les entreprises à rationaliser et à optimiser la gestion de leur personnel, la planification et la gestion de la paie..

Depuis notre création, nous avons connu une croissance rapide (x3 chaque année ) et levé des fonds significatifs auprès d'investisseurs privés et du secteur public.

Ce solide soutien financier, combiné à notre technologie de pointe, nous a positionnés comme un acteur important dans le paysage HR-Tech. Nous avons des clients dans une vingtaine de pays avec dont un grosse majorité en Belgique et en France

Pour nos clients français et belge francophones, nous recherchons un Customer Success passionné et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe support & onboarding. Ce rôle est crucial pour assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle, favoriser la rétention et stimuler la croissance de notre activité.

Vos missions
- Intégration des Clients : Accueillir et onboarder efficacement les nouveaux clients, en s'assurant qu'ils tirent pleinement parti de nos solutions dès le début de leur aventure Shyfter.
- Adoption des Utilisateurs : Encourager l'utilisation et l'adoption de notre plateforme parmi tous les profils d'utilisateurs, en assurant un soutien particulier pendant les déploiements initial de Shyfter dans les entreprises.
- Formation et Support : Offrir une expertise approfondie sur toutes les fonctionnalités de notre produit, adaptée aux besoins spécifiques des clients (conseils de configuration, formation, etc.).

Vos compétences
- Tu as une première expérience dans un rôle de gestion de la relation client ou de customer success, idéalement dans une startup et dans le secteur des technologies SaaS.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de créer des relations solides et de longue durée avec les clients.
- Capacité à comprendre et à communiquer des concepts techniques à un public non technique.
- Esprit d'équipe, capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et évolutif, la moyenne d'âge est de 26 ans
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, le néerlandais ou l'espagnol est un plus (pssst, oui on s'étend vers l'Espagne)
