JOB TITLE:
Document Controller.
FUNCTION:
As part of the Project Management Office, you will support one of more Project teams by taking care of the document control during different phase of infrastructure projects:
- Fine-tune the implementation of the process/procedures/tools as defined in the document management plan.
- Management/control of the document management processes:
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Management procedure (e.g. Document Register management, Document distribution,...);
- Suggest improvements to the Document Management process/procedures and tools when required;
- Create relevant KPI's and reporting.
- Quality control:
- Quality control on all incoming formal project documents, before validation of the contents by the project team;
- Quality control on all internally created project documents, before approval and publishing of the documents.
- Manage the document management information system (Aconex):
- Manage all access rights as appropriate;
- Adapt the document management system configuration when needed (e.g. new companies, users, workflows,...).
PROFILE:
- Bachelor degree with strong affinity for working in a technical environment.
- Previous experience as Document Controller is required.
- Experience with Aconex is a key asset.
- Experience as Document Controller on large infrastructure projects is a key asset.
- Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite and document management software (Aconex and Sharepoint).
- Good organizational skills.
- Profound verbal and written knowledge of English.
- Professional knowledge of Dutch and French. Assertive communicator and strong interpersonal skills.

- Project/Program/Package Managers.
- Project Management Officers.
- Project Team (all levels). Document Controllers EPC contractors.
PLACE OF WORK:
- Brussels, partial homeworking allowed.
