Carrefour Finance développe son approche responsable des métiers du crédit en étant attentive aux risques de surendettement de ses clients.

**Activités principales**

Au sein de la direction Customer Marketing & Insight vous êtes responsable de délivrer les études, les analyser et les visualiser afin d'accompagner l'entreprise dans sa transformation et ses orientations stratégiques.
- Vous proposez des analyses pertinentes sur des problématiques métiers et/ou business.
- Vous contribuez à mieux comprendre les comportements de consommation et l'évolution des attentes client.
- Vous interagissez avec différentes équipes et accompagnez sur des questions d'études et de mesure.
- Vous traduisez et synthétisez l'information pour faciliter la prise de décision. Vous formulez des premières pistes de recommandation pouvant avoir un impact sur l'activité de l'entreprise en lien avec vos analyses
- Vous réalisez des études marketing sur les bases de données démographiques et transactionnelles des clients au sein du Data Warehouse de Carrefour Finance (GEIE et GCP), segmentation, analyse de données, valeur client...
- Vous exploitez les données internes mais aussi externes afin d'approfondir les analyses avec une vision élargie et hélicoptère des datas
- Vous alimentez les campagnes soutenant l'activité commerciale (marketing, appels sortants assurance,) en prenant en compte les règles en vigueur. Vous transformez, préparez et réalisez l'extraction des données. Vous analysez l'impact des modèles de sélections et les ajustez si nécessaire sur base de l'analyse des résultats
- Vous faites preuve d'une rigueur hors pair mais aussi d'enthousiasme à l'idée de travailler en équipe, dans un écosystème data

**Profil**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'écoles d'ingénieurs, écoles de commerce avec une spécialisation en statistiques / data analyse / marketing.
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience réussie en marketing data analyse
- Vous possédez de fortes capacités analytiques.
- Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, polyvalente et autonome.
- Vous avez des connaissances des outils base de données (SQL) et idéalement des outils statistiques classiques Excel
