**Met de nieuwe artistiek directeur Christophe Slagmuylder zetten we koers richting een transversaal kunstenhuis met een kloppend hart in het centrum van Brussel. We bieden een platform aan kunstenaars uit de hele wereld waarbij we beelden, muziek, bewegingen en ideeën vrij laten circuleren. Bozar legt allerlei connecties tussen de artistieke disciplines, tussen repertoires en creatie, tussen ratio, zintuigen en verbeelding, en - bovenal - tussen en met artiesten en bezoekers.**
**Aan de hand van inspirerende content bouwen wij elke dag aan de love brand Bozar om Bozarfans en nieuwe kunst-en cultuurliefhebbers aan te trekken en aan ons merk te binden.**
Binnen het Content Team van ons Departement Marketing & Communication, zorg je ervoor dat de inhoud van ons artistiek programma, onze content formats en onze marketingboodschappen worden vertaald naar **sterke visuele communicatie uitingen**. Je zet daarbij volop in op digitale technieken zoals motion design, animaties, montages van beeldverhalen, infographics etc.Aanvullend op de digitale creaties ondersteun je het team ook met de uitwerking van print opdrachten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en het vormgeven van onze **content met een focus op creatieve digitale content **(motion & animatie, infographics,).
- Je ontwerpt **offline materiaal** zoals affiches, advertenties, flyers,
- Je weet de **communicatie
- en marketingboodschappen** (content formats, campagnes,) in visuele content uit te drukken binnen de huisstijl. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met het marketing team en de andere leden van het content team (social media managers en editors).
- Je bewaakt me onze **merkidentiteit** doorheen de **huisstijl **en zoekt naar oplossingen om deze verder door te vertalen naar digitale formats. Je houdt de branding van Bozar nauwlettend in het oog: jouw arendsoog ziet de juiste toepassing van onze huisstijl en jij stuurt bij waar nodig. Tenslotte zijn we het grootste kunstenhuis van België en daarom willen we toonaangevend zijn in onze communicatie en branding door integratie van eigentijdse technologieën.
- Je durft **kritische vragen te stellen** bij de creatieve briefings die je ontvangt zodat je goed begrijpt wat de opdrachtgever juist wenst te bereiken en hoe jouw design daartoe kan bijdragen.
- Je werkt elke dag nauw samen met de social media managers en zet briefings om in visuele en digitale uitingen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Content Team Coordinator
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een diploma in een **grafische richting** of je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (Digital en Graphic Design).
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met **online media** en begrijpt **UX/UI.**:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign en Invision), **After Effects, Premiere Pro** en/of **Sketch-up**.
- Je hebt ervaring met **visualisaties op mobile en desktop**.
- Omdat je soms ook ontwerpt voor print ben je ook vertrouwd met hardware en technische vereisten die aan **drukwerk** worden gesteld.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of het Frans, met een basiskenniskennis van de andere taal.
- Je hebt een piekfijn gevoel voor verhoudingen, kleuren, typografiekortom een sterk ontwikkeld esthetisch oog.
- De creatieve industrie evolueert in een ijltempo. Je volgt technologische veranderingen op de voet en krijgt een kick bij het ontdekken van nieuwe mogelijkheden.
- Je bent creatief en nieuwsgierig en gaat graag op ontdekking naar nieuwe ideeën, verfrissende invalshoeken en efficiënte oplossingen
- Je bent een teamspeler die graag projectmatig samenwerkt.
- Je bent zelfstandig en heel proactief en durft initiatief nemen
- Je bent resultaatgericht, hands-on en je levert kwalitatief werk af binnen scherpe deadlines
- Je houdt van perfectie. Een kritisch oog voor beeld en vorm typeren jouw werkstijl.
