What you'll do

As a
Freelance Experienced Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage, follow up and coordinate the different ongoing and planned selection and recruitment needs;
  • Formulate advice regarding the most appropriate recruitment and selection process;
  • Be responsible for the entire selection process up to salary proposals and contracts;
  • Take care of the associated administration.
Who we're looking for

  • At least
    5 years of recruitment experience, preference also experience as an internal recruiter
  • Fluency in
    Dutch:
  • Knowledge of recruitment and interviewing techniques
  • Skills assessment
  • Phone screening
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sectoral knowledge
  • Organised and motivated
  • Sense of responsibility
