Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de **automotive sector**.
Als **Business Controller **zal u volgende **verantwoordelijkheden** hebben:
- Valideren van de maandelijkse controle van financiële en commerciële gegevens van alle dochterondernemingen om een duidelijk en volledig overzicht van de business te hebben;
- Deelnemen aan de jaarlijkse begroting, de prognosecyclus en het vijfjarenplan;
- Communiceren van cross-functionele richtlijnen binnen de begrotings
- en prognosecyclus naar alle vestigingen in het specifieke marktgebied;
- Budget-/prognosebewaking en prestatiemeting van kritieke KPI's zoals operationele resultaten, marges, opbrengsten en kosten;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de inhoud van posten van de winst
- en verliesrekening en de balans onder controle en toezicht staat;
- Deelnemen aan projecten met impact op het marktgebied.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie van **Business Controller **zijn:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in financiën (type audit of consultancy) of controlling. Ervaring in de automobielindustrie is een pluspunt;
- In staat om veranderingen binnen de organisatie te anticiperen en te coördineren;
- Het vermogen om een veelheid aan kwesties parallel te beheren;
- Goede kennis van commerciële en financiële indicatoren;
- Veranderingen en innovaties voorstellen, initiatieven leiden;
- In staat om in teamverband te werken aan een gemeenschappelijk doel;
- Autonomie (maar niet onafhankelijk) en bereidheid om resultaten te leveren;
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden met het team en met vele stakeholders in de organisatie;
- De kandidaat moet vloeiend Nederlands spreken. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt;
- Kennis van standaard IT-tools (Office, Sharepoint,...). Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt net als kennis van automotive tools (Venice, Driver, Targit, Combo, );
- Bereid te willen werken in alle Jennes concessies (Aarschot, Leefdaal, Machelen,...) wetende dat flexibiliteit qua thuiswerken mogelijk is.
