Functieomschrijving

1.Positie en bevoegdheden
- Je rapporteert aan de CEF-Coördinator en werkt voor bepaalde dossiers samen met de projectverantwoordelijken, Communication & Fundraising Officer, Donor Relations & Event Officer, Mobilisation Officer, Collaborations Development Officer, Public Health Expert.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van communicatie
- en fondsenwervingsmaterialen (zowel print als digitaal). Je zorgt ervoor dat de door de CEF-afdeling ontwikkelde materialen van hoge kwaliteit zijn. Dit om de jaarlijkse doelstellingen van de organisatie op het gebied van fondsenwerving te bereiken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van kwalitatieve inhoud voor Memisa. Je staat in voor het bekendmaken van Memisa bij de pers en het grote publiek. Daarnaast informeer je sympathisanten, donateurs en vrijwilligers om de jaarlijkse communicatie
- en fondsenwervingsdoelstellingen van de organisatie te bereiken.
- Verder draagt je, enerzijds door middel van publicaties en anderzijds door deel te nemen aan werkgroepen en netwerken, bij tot het verbreden van het draagvlak voor internationale solidariteit bij het Belgische publiek.

Profiel

Opleiding en ervaring
- Master in communicatie, journalistiek of een andere relevante opleiding.
- Min. 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Werkervaring bij een internationale ngo of veldervaring.

Pluspunten
- Diploma in volksgezondheid.
- Ervaring in fondsenwerving.

Vaardigheden
- Bewezen schrijf
- en redactionele vaardigheden.
- Perfecte schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van het Nederlands en zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Kennis van het Office
- en Adobe-pakket en goede kennis van sociale media.
- Creative competenties
- Affiniteit met de missie, visie en waarden ( Gelijkwaardigheid, Solidariteit, Verantwoordelijkheid), van Memisa;
- Als teamplayer werk je graag samen met andere medewerkers en afdelingen en communiceer je gemakkelijk in allerlei situaties;
- Analytische en organisatorische capaciteiten, ondernemend, autonoom, flexibel en efficiënt zijn;
- Een product kunnen verkopen, mensen kunnen overtuigen en pakkende verhalen kunnen schrijven;
- Mogelijkheid om projecten te ontwerpen en uit te voeren, om een netwerk van professionele relaties te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden alsook om voor een publiek te spreken;
- Bereid om deel te nemen aan het verenigingsleven van de VZW: Algemene Vergaderingen, werk-/denkgroepen, etc.

Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met een brutosalaris in overeenkomst met het salarisbeleid van Memisa (afhankelijk van ervaring en met dertiende maand inbegrepen, bedrijftelefoon, ), maaltijdcheques, een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding, mogelijkheid om twee keer per week te telewerken, vergoeding van woon
