Het verwerken, opvolgen en afsluiten van inventarisgerelateerde zaken gelinkt aan klinische studies en klinische distributie, het aansturen van de dagelijkse magazijnplanning (waive release) opdat de groep Klinische Distributie de juiste klinische materialen met de juiste documenten op het juiste tijdstip op de juiste plaats aan de juiste kostprijs kunnen afleveren en participatie voor toegewezen projecten in relatie met de activiteiten binnen de groep Klinische Distributie
**HOOFDACTIVITEITEN CDIMA**
- **Administratie Inventarisbeheer**
- Inventarisbeheer DC Beerse en overflowmagazijnen:
- treedt op als aanspreekpunt voor de klant, DC Beerse, de groep Klinische Distributie en alle mogelijke stakeholders mbt inventarisgerelateerde vragen en onderhoudt intensieve contacten met alle betrokken partijen (oa. klant, transporteurs, magazijn operaties, etc.)
- volgt eventuele inventarisgerelateerde klachten nauwkeurig mee op en onderneemt actie indien nodig
- neemt deel aan specifieke inventarisgerelateerde vergaderingen
- Verwerkt de administratieve ontvangst van goederen, zowel van interne als externe leveranciers, m.b.t. klinische studies, volgens de door de CSC doorgegeven studiespecifieke vereisten (op vlak van temperatuur, verpakking,...) binnen de afgesproken lead times
- Rapporteert het algemene overzicht van de klinische inventarisniveaus, zowel binnen DC Beerse als bij de overflowmagazijnen aan de CDIML opdat de nodige acties, waar nodig, in overleg kunnen genomen worden.
- Helpt en ondersteunt bij het bewaken van het gezondheidsniveau van de klinische inventaris en gaat in overleg met de groep TSM (Trial Supply Managers) en de daaraangekoppelde CDSL (Study Leads) in geval van trage doorlooptijden, stock build en obsolete/slow moving stock
- Is administratief verantwoordelijk voor het aanbieden van de ERP systeemgerelateerde Narcotica klinische stock en het tijdig aanbieden van deze Narcotica rapportering aan de CDIML.
- Is administratief verantwoordelijk voor het aanbieden van de ERP systeemgerelateerde algemene klinische stock en het tijdig aanbieden van deze stock rapportering aan de CDIML.
- Ondersteunt de administratieve uitvoering van eventuele herverpakkingen, herlabelingen, JIT labeling teneinde een gezonde klinische voorraad te hebben die marktconform is.
- Ondersteunt de administratieve uitvoering van eventuele vernietigingen die gelinkt zijn aan oa beschadigde producten, expired stock, stopzetten van klinische studies, etc.
- **Coordinatie toegewezen projecten of neemt deel aan projecten om succesol af te ronden**
- Neemt coordinatie van toegewezen project op zich
- Werkt nauw samen met project team en rapporteert op regelmatige wijze aan Management
- Informeert de Klinische Distributie teams waar nodig
- Zorgt voor accurate WI's en training waar nodig
- **Coordinatie en opvolging van SAP gerelateerde incidents en enhancements**
- Onderzoekt SAP gerelateerde issues bij melding door het team (EU2 - EWM)
- Vraagt Ops support ticket aan te maken en op te volgen voor EWM gerelateerde issues
- Maakt zelf IRIS ticket aan indien SAP issue is gerelateerd aan EU2 Enhancement loggen
- Volgt op dat incidents en enhancements worden opgevolgd door IT en neemt deel aan Incident + enhancement meetings
- Wanneer oplevering wordt gedaan door IT, bereidt UAT voor en voert UAT uit met documentatie in ALM
- Indien UAT slaagt, coordineert de update van alle gerelateerde WI's en geeft informatie door aan CSA en CAC teams
- Beantwoordt vragen van IT ( businesss info)
- Geeft ondersteuning bij projecten op gebied van SAP processen
- **Verzorgt de nodige inventarisgerelateerde rapporteringen en houdt systematisch en accuraat klassementen bij**
- **Leeft de procedures en richtlijnen mbt GMP en Veiligheid, Gezondheid & Milieu na en werkt mee aan verbetervoorstellen**
- **Schrijft en onderhoudt als process owner de werkinstructies voor de toegewezen processen**
