Univercells SA brings together a group of Belgian and foreign biotech affiliates working together under a common mission (the "Group").
Each affiliate operates a different part of the healthcare value chain, through a distinct business model:
Univercells Technologies:
Designs and produces cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for cell-based manufacturing, with an installed base in 70 countries.
Exothera:
A Contract Manufacturing and Development Organization (CDMO) for biologicals, mainly vaccines and viral vectors, with GMP production facilities in Belgium and offering process development and optimization services.
Unizima:
Delivers international project management of technology transfer, alongside operational support services (quality, supply chain, digital) and bioproduction training programs, as well as care centers and diagnostics surveillance centers.
Quantoom Biosciences:
Develops open, integrated and affordable manufacturing platforms (RNA as flagship) to enable the production of vaccines & therapeutics that scale from development to mass production.
RLM Consulting:
Provides regulatory advisory services with regards to innovative therapeutic approaches (recombinant DNA, cell and gene therapy, etc.)
Univercells is strengthening its Marketing & Communication Team and we offer a challenging position as
Communication Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based on the global marketing and communication (MarCom) strategy, you develop the plans for your domain of activity (digital communication, internal communication, etc )
- You drive, manage and implement digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- You are responsible for managing the company's social media presence.
- You are responsible for internal communication. This includes creating internal newsletters, organizing town hall meetings and events, and managing internal communication channels and intranet.
- You create online and offline marketing and communication material (e.g. social media templates, brochures, logos ).
- You are responsible for tracking the success of communication initiatives and reporting on key metrics. This includes tracking social media engagement and internal communication effectiveness.
- You follow new digital marketing best practices and advise on identified opportunities.
- You work with internal teams (Affiliates' MarCom teams, Investor Relations, Business Development, HR, ) and external partners (agencies, )
- You are part of the Marketing and Communication team and report to the VP MarCom.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- You have good knowledge and experience in digital marketing. You are an expert in social media management and have experience in managing SharePoint intranets.
- You have experience in measuring the impact of digital campaigns & marketing activity.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with both internal and external partners to deliver bestinindustry campaigns.
- You have good communication skills with an excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
- You have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- You can adapt to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are not afraid of working in fastpaced environments.
- Selfdriven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- You are optimistic with a cando attitude.
