A day in the life of a IT Area Lead Retail Lending
- Build and execute a strategy with Tribe Lead and Product Area Leads of all the responsible Tribes to move more towards automation and digitalization of existing customer journeys. As an ITAL, you are responsible to drive the growth of the Tribe/Business and thus keep looking for opportunities to digitalize in phased approach making sure the continuity of business and new dream journeys are delivered.
- Make sure important regulatory and risk requirements are covered for all IT assets in your scope.
- Improves existing and delivers new business features together with the tribes
