Solution Delivery Lead Supply Chain

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Business Area Supply Chain binnen de afdeling Solution Delivery ERP & Corporate Services (ECS) / Logistics.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een people manager met een gedegen technische ervaring in het Supply Chain-domein. Je stuurt een team aan van functionele SAP-specialisten en beheert zowel het project
- als supportwerk binnen jouw Business Area.
Als Solution Delivery Lead zijn dit je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je werkt samen met onze klant NMBS (m.n. NMBS Technics) een roadmap uit voor jouw Business Area die in lijn is met de bedrijfsstrategie en waarmee je de digitale transformatie en prioriteiten van het bedrijf helpt realiseren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle applicaties binnen jouw Business Area gegroepeerd zijn in een aantal portfolio’s en stelt voor elke portfolio een owner (en back-up owner) aan die end-to-end verantwoordelijk is voor de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid, performantie en evolutie van de applicaties en modules binnen zijn/haar portfolio.
- Je staat in voor contacten met de klant en met alle andere stakeholders, met name wanneer het gaat over strategische beslissingen.
- Je maakt een inschatting van de risico’s, visibiliteit en kriticiteit van projecten en bespreekt deze op geregelde tijdstippen met je afdelingshoofd.
- Je stelt een OPEX- en CAPEX-budget op dat afgestemd is met de voornaamste stakeholders en met de businessstrategie en prioriteiten van NMBS en beheert deze budgetten als een goede huisvader.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team optimaal bemand is in functie van de noden, zodat de service delivery, kennisborging en -spreiding gegarandeerd zijn; in geval van conflicterende aanvragen voor projectcapaciteit fungeer jij als escalatiepunt. Je stuurt je medewerkers aan en coacht hen, je houdt op geregelde tijdstippen 1-2-1’s, bevordert de onderlinge samenwerking en zorgt in samenwerking met HR voor de nodige opleiding en ontwikkeling.
**Jouw professionele en technische skills**
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een IT- of economische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een IT-omgeving, waarvan minstens 5 jaar met het aansturen van een team.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van Project Management (zowel Agile als Waterfall methodologieën) en IT-processen (ITIL).
- Je hebt kennis van SAP, m.n. de modules die gebruikt worden binnen het domein Supply Chain, nl. WM, IM, MM, en QM. Je bent SAP-gecertifieerd in enkele van voorgemelde modules.
- Kennis van de equivalenten van bovenvermelde Supply Chain-georiënteerde SAP modules in s/4HANA (bv. EWM) is een must.
- Je hebt een goede business kennis van het Supply Chain-domein. Je kan hierover meepraten met onze klant NMBS en hem hierin adviseren.
- Kennis van tools als Jira, ServiceNow, OTRS en SAP Solman zijn mooi meegenomen.

- Je bent bereid om jezelf constant bij te schaven en je verder te blijven te verdiepen in het SAP verhaal.
