En raison du développement de ses activités, **DELCAP SA** **est à la recherche d'un **CORPORATE RISK OFFICER** afin de renforcer l'équipe actuelle.
**Description de la fonction**:
Le **CORPORATE RISK OFFICER** a une fonction de gestion indépendante. Il s'assure de l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures de gestion des risques ainsi que des processus de rapport d'évaluation des contrôles.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- _Responsabilité de la gestion des risques de Delcap, y compris :_
- _ Risk assessment annuel_
- _ Mise en place des contrôles nécessaires à la suite du risk assessment_
- _ Reporting et mitigation des risques qui ont été identifiés_
- _ Analyser et suivre les risques liés aux nouveaux produits/projets_
- _ Vérification légale des risques des contrats conclus avec les parties externes (banques dépositaires, partenaires, prestataires de services, etc)_
- _ Contrôler les process opérationnels et transactionnels de l'investment desk_
- _ Coordonner la partie risque avec les auditeurs_
- _ Effectuer un reporting sur le risque au Conseil d'administration et Management_
- _ Gestion du secrétariat du Conseil d'administration, y compris :_
- _ Gestion de l'agenda_
- _ Rédaction de compte rendu et minutes de réunion_
- _ Gestion légale et administrative des Privaks dont la gestion est déléguée à Delcap_
- _ Gestion légale et administrative des fonds TowerView dont la gestion est déléguée à Delcap_
**Profil**:
**Expérience**
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau master à orientation juridique (ou vous avez une expérience équivalente) complétée par une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que Corporate Risk Officer.
**Votre profil**
- Vous avez de solides connaissances dans les domaines juridique et gestion des risques (connaissance du droit fiscal est un plus)
- Vous êtes familier avec les services et produits proposés
- Vous êtes perfectionniste et rigoureux
- Vous faites preuve de minutie et d'impartialité
- Vous êtes pédagogue, à l'écoute et ferme si nécessaire
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler en équipe mais aussi de façon autonome
- Votre langue maternelle est le français ou le néerlandais, avec connaissance pratique de l'anglais
- Vous êtes capable d'avoir une vue d'ensemble, de la décomposer et de recherches des solutions stratégiques
- La Corporate Risk Certification est un atout
