Customer Service and Sales Support Officer

Our client is searching for a Customer Service and Sales Support Officer to join their team in Brussels.

  • Plan the optimal location for B2G charging infrastructure based on industry best practices, tender requirements, feasibility, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee projects administratively to meet service level agreements with customers and network operators before installing charging infrastructure.
  • Review network operator proposals for each inquiry.
  • Update and manage databases such as Odoo and EV Platform.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and network operators.
  • Assist the eMobility Delivery Officer B2G in project phases.
  • Proactively identify and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Languages: French, Dutch, and English proficiency.
  • Master's or bachelor's degree with relevant professional background.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing tools.
  • Attention to detail and a mindset for continuous process enhancement.
  • Ability to multitask while retaining control over priorities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong team player with a focus on safety.
