Als Talent Acquisition specialist bij Elia ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, aantrekken en selecteren van talent voor diverse posities binnen ons bedrijf. Met een focus op rollen zoals techniekers, dispatchers, designers en andere technisch gespecialiseerde functies, werk je nauw samen met hiring managers en HR-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat we de beste kandidaten werven die onze missie en visie ondersteunen.

  • Ontwikkel en implementeer rekruteringsstrategieën om technisch talent aan te trekken voor diverse posities binnen Elia.
  • Actief zoeken naar gekwalificeerde kandidaten via diverse kanalen, waaronder online jobboards, sociale media, netwerken en andere relevante bronnen.
  • Voer interviews en assessments uit om de vaardigheden, ervaring en culturele fit van potentieel talent te evalueren.
  • Bouw en onderhoud een talentenpool van gekwalificeerde kandidaten voor toekomstige vacatures.
  • Werk samen met hiring managers om functieomschrijvingen op te stellen en de behoeften van het team te begrijpen.
  • Coördineer het selectieproces, inclusief het plannen van interviews, het organiseren van rekruteringsdagen en het beheren van communicatie met kandidaten.
  • Draag bij aan initiatieven voor employer branding om Elia als aantrekkelijke werkgever voor technisch talent te positioneren.
  • Rapporteer over wervingsactiviteiten en verstrek inzichten om het wervingsproces continu te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, psychologie, bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in technische rekrutering, bij voorkeur binnen de energiesector of een vergelijkbare branche.
  • Sterke kennis van recruitmentmethodes, inclusief sourcing, screening, interviewen en selecteren van kandidaten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te onderhandelen en relaties op te bouwen met kandidaten en interne stakeholders.
  • Resultaatgerichte mindset met focus op het behalen van doelstellingen en het leveren van kandidaten van hoge kwaliteit.
  • Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans.
