As a Talent Acquisition specialist at Elia, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting talent for a variety of positions within our company. With a focus on roles such as technicians, dispatchers, and other technically specialized roles, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure we recruit the best candidates who support our mission and vision.

  • Report on recruitment activities and provide insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Your Profile

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the energy sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment objectives and delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
