Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Minimum 10 years' relevant operations architecture and operations management experience to perform the tasks described below;
- Experience in IT operations (support and maintenance of systems);
- Experience with process mapping standards such as UML and BPMN;
- Experience in mapping business strategy to information strategy;
- Excellent, handson knowledge and experience in setting up ITILdriven support and maintenance delivery in large organizations;
- Excellent knowledge of standards such as ITIL and ITSM;
- Ability to:
- Manage stakeholders at a CXO level;
- Deliver consultancy services understand customer's needs and objectives, distil the right ideas, and forge them into the Operations Architecture;
- Cope with complexity of the AS-IS operations environment and propose new solutions aligned to the views of the stakeholders;
- Work independently in specific branch of the Programme, communicate results to the Programme, and analyse associated risks;
- Work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Demonstrable ability to distil complex idea into simple concepts which can presented and conveyed convincingly;
- Communication skills: adapting communication to different situations and audiences;
- Strategic focus: aligning action to strategy;
- Problem solving skills: anticipating and solving business issues;
- Customer focus: adapting services to respond to customer needs;
- Emotional intelligence required to deal with people and influence them;
- Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours, i.e., resultdriven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity, and teamplayer approach;
- Fluency in English.
Desirable:
- Completed university studies of 4 years (Master's Degree) in a relevant domain such as computer science or IT.
Duties/role:
- Defining, describing, and agreeing with stakeholders on the ITSM process landscape required for the target operating model;
- Defining the target operational framework spanning across people, processes, and tools within the organization of the customer;
- Setting up the Operations Service Design framework for both the Programme and the customer's organizations itself;
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of endtoend IT systems monitoring solution based on monitoring integration rails;
- Setting up and maintaining contacts with Operations units to understand operational activities, drivers, and requirements, considering operations solution strategies and alternatives for possible implementation;
- Providing operational leadership in the resolution of interprogram and interproject issues and advice management, business areas, etc.;
- Guiding the Programme and individual project teams on adherence to the designed operations architecture;
- Developing and coordinating architecture roadmaps and plans;
- Checking compliance within the enterprise architecture and reinforcing adherence to standards, policies, procedures, etc.;
- Performing any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.
