Werken in de Customer Interaction Platforms & Automation (CIPA) Tribe
CIPA is de tribe binnen de customer operations-organisatie die zich richt op het verbeteren van klantinteracties door de integratie van digitale tools en automatisering om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit te maximaliseren. Ons doel is om menselijke capaciteiten aan te vullen met technologie en zo een harmonieuze mix te creëren die hun capaciteiten versterkt.
Wij spelen een sleutelrol in de succesvolle verwezenlijking van de strategische agenda en ambities van Telenet Group:
Versnellen van onze klantinteractiestrategieën voor zowel Telenet & BASE-merken, door smart gebruik van onze digitale tools & automatiseringsmogelijkheden Garanderen van de prestaties van de digitale tools die worden gebruikt door Customer Advisors door het onderhouden en moderniseren van onze platforms en applicaties.Uw verantwoordelijkheden als Product Owner
De Product Owner (PO) is een dienend leider die duidelijke doelen stelt voor het team (en definieert WAT ze moeten opleveren) en het team helpt deze doelen te bereiken. Dit omvat het creëren van focus door het stellen van prioriteiten en doorstroming door het verwijderen van belemmeringen. De PO stemt voortdurend af met de relevante stakeholders in de hele organisatie en bereidt ceremonies zoals de Quarterly Business Review voor.
De ploeg is gericht op het verzekeren van de juiste contact center set-up in lijn met de respectieve klantinteractiestrategie. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het "Virtual Contact Center" (VCC) platform, gebaseerd op Genesys technologie, dat klanten via het juiste kanaal met de juiste Advisor verbindt. Dit platform bundelt interne en externe (partner)Advisors in één universele resourcepool.
Zoals je kunt verwachten, is nauwe afstemming met de klantoperatieteams nodig om ervoor te zorgen dat platform en strategie zo goed mogelijk op elkaar aansluiten. Het team benut en breidt niet alleen de bestaande VCC-mogelijkheden uit om een soepele werking te garanderen, maar creëert samen met de belanghebbenden ook nieuwe mogelijkheden om het nieuwe potentieel van het platform te ontsluiten.
