We are seeking a

skilled PR & Event Manager to join this dynamic team in the Automotive industry. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing innovative and engaging PR campaigns and events that capture the attention of our target audience and enhance the brand image.

The role is broad and covers following areas:


  • Brand and product Public Relations
  • You generate awareness and visibility for the new brand and products. You set up a PR roadmap and coordinate further execution.
  • You are responsible for the brand in the BeLux market.
  • You collaborate with PR agencies to create a fullscope plan and follow up on rollout, including news releases, press conferences, launch events, influencer campaigns.
  • You make use of your relationship with corporate and press.
  • You generate interest for the brand and products towards broader off
- and online media (general, society, news, lifestyle, women, technology,).

  • You build stories, create and design PRreleases to tell the brand story and explain the products it sells based on the brand's vision on innovation & technology, sustainability, emotion & design
  • You track and report on the effectiveness of PR and event campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize future efforts.

Event Management

  • First with the brand launch in mind, and afterwards product launches and other moments, you organize events, mainly for the sector in which our client operates and corporate press.

Crisis Management

  • You identify risks, monitor them and address (potential) hot topics in the sector, and related to the brand.
  • You avoid or limit negative outings linked to the brand and products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations. This is true in
    Dutch, French and English
:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
