JOB SUMMARY


As a User Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Instructional Designer and the Onboarding and Technical Support team in the delivery of high-quality, engaging, interactive and effective training content for our customers and our employees.

You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of customer education initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training materials, update the Knowledge Base and the e-Learning platform and any initiative related to training.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in identifying and implementing better ways to educate and enhance the user experience through updated training programs.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create training content for the asynchronous training including elearning modules, video tutorials and demos, interactive presentations, Knowledge Base articles, and other resources that effectively convey complex software concepts to customers.
  • Ensure materials reflect the reasoning behind why processes must be followed.
  • Incorporate best practices developed by internal teams including data analysts, business analysts and central monitors.
  • Assist in developing training plans for external users according to their business roles and needs.
  • Continuously improve training content based on enduser and expert feedback, in collaboration with the Operations and Product teams.
  • Become a knowledgeable and passionate voice for our product and share that knowledge with internal and external stakeholders as required for training.
  • Support the Instructional Designer to organize and manage the LMS platform, upload training materials, create customized learning plans, manage enrollment, and create training reports.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Training experience is a plus
  • Experience with instructional design desired
  • Knowledge of video and image processing is a plus
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry is a plus
  • Understanding of and experience with global cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment and stay flexible through growth and change
