Le site de LIEGE, 15 personnes, recrute un ou une CUSTOMER APPLICATION SPECIALIST - SMART CITIES

Description du poste

Rapportant au Customer Journey Manager, vous rendez possibles les demandes techniques des clients en assurant le lien entre l'équipe R&D (basée à Liège) et les clients (en Belgique et à l'international). Vous réalisez la mise en service et la configuration des produits Lacroix-City sur site et à distance. De plus, vous identifiez les potentielles améliorations techniques et opportunités commerciales.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Vous contribuez, en collaboration avec les équipes pré et post-sales, à la conception des solutions/produits correspondants aux spécifications et attentes des clients.
- Vous accompagnez et conseillez les clients pendant les phases d'installation, de mise en service et d'évaluation sur site.
- Vous êtes responsable **de la mise en service et configuration des installations**.
- Vous formez les clients à l'utilisation des produits Lacroix-City et contribuez à la rédaction de manuel d'utilisation.
- Vous participez occasionnellement à des salons internationaux et à des événements en proposant des démonstrations et rapports techniques.
- Vous présentez régulièrement l'évolution de votre travail auprès de votre Responsable et des équipes techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier en électricité, en automation ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, clientèle, qualité et résultats.
- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe, de pragmatisme et de rigueur.
- Vous communiquez **en anglais et en français**. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous démontrez un intérêt pour la programmation informatique (notamment en C). La connaissance des environnements Linux est un plus.
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à vous déplacer chez les clients, en cas de nécessité.
