Ervaring op een commerciële binnendienst en op zoek naar een next step? Interesse in CRM systemen en wil jij de key user master data analist worden waarbij je de link bent tussen HQ Oostenrijk en België?

Je werkt projectmatig samen met de collega's IT op HQ in Oostenrijk en vormt de link tussen IT - Customer Service en Sales. Nieuwe commerciële tools zal jij gaan uittesten en analyseren, je feedback geven en implementeren.
Je bent van a tot z betrokken van ontwikkeling tot implementatie en opvolging.
Je geeft training aan de sales collega's.

Dit bedrijf investeert de komende jaren in de uitrol van meerdere projecten , zoals ook overstap van SAP 3 naar SAP Hana cloud.
Voldoende uitdaging op projectmatig vlak voor je

Profiel Je hebt kennis van een ERP pakket ( voorkeur SAP )
Analytische skills om vertaalslag te maken tussen IT en implementatie in sales, procesmatig willen werken
Interesse in continue verbetering en innovatie van processen en systemen

Je bezit flair om collega's te trainen in het gebruik na vernieuwde tools. Je werkt samen met medewerkers van het sales team.
